Arena Experiments: Credit Sytem

We’re currently experimenting with a new way usage limits work on Arena. Instead of having separate limits across different modes and models, this new system gives users a daily balance of usage credits that can be used more flexibly across Arena.

Here’s how it works: when you send your first prompt, a 24-hour usage period begins. During that time, your daily credit balance is used as you prompt. As you get closer to the limit, an indicator will appear in the text bar.

Once the limit is reached, you’ll see a clear message along with a countdown showing when your credits will refresh.

When using Battle Mode in Text Arena or Code Arena, your usage will not count toward your daily credit balance.
