Arena Troubleshooting: "The AI service rejected this request" error message

This message means the AI model could not accept your last request. Usually something about the message or an attached file was more than the model could handle. It doesn't mean anything is wrong with your account.

What's Happening

• You attached an image to a model that only reads text. Not every model can see images.

• An image or file didn't upload correctly, or it's in a format the model doesn't support.

• Too many images were attached to a single message.

• The conversation got very long and went past what the model can read at once.

Recommended Steps

• Remove the attachment and try again, or re-upload it.

• Switch to a model that supports images if you're sending pictures.

• Send fewer images at a time.

• If the chat has gotten long, start a new conversation or shorten your message.

• If it keeps happening, try again in a little while or reach out to support.
